We share the responsibilities:

  • The client (or agency) directs your day-to-day work.
  • Prime Options handles your payroll, tax, National Insurance, and employment rights.

This structure keeps things clear, compliant, and fair for everyone involved — while giving you the freedom to take on multiple contracts without losing your employee benefits.

How it works in practice

Here’s what happens behind the scenes:

  1. You’re jointly employed by Prime Options and your client or agency.
  2. You complete your work as usual for the client.
  3. The agency or client pays Prime Options for your services.
  4. Prime Options processes your pay — handling all PAYE tax, NI contributions, and statutory deductions.
  5. You receive your net pay directly into your account, on time, every time.
